MWL partner Pat McMahon will be a guest speaker at the Monthly Loudoun County Federal Government Contractors Group on July 22.  Pat will be speaking on Negotiating Teaming & Subcontracting Agreements from a Small Business Subcontractor Perspective.  He’ll give practical pointers for avoiding some of the disadvantages small businesses believe they face in their dealings with the larger prime contractors, and offer suggestions for leveling the field.
