Can a Contractor Be Reimbursed For Its Protest Costs?

In his most recent blog post for “Battle Lines”, his weekly guest blog for the Washington Business Journal, FedBiz Daily Section, MWL partner Bill Welch discusses a case where an agency dragged its feet in correcting procurement deficiencies, but was found to not have “unduly delayed” its corrective action, thus preventing a protestor from receiving reimbursement even after having to file multiple protests over the same issues.
