This is How the Process Should Work — When Multiple Protests Lead to a Correct Agency Decision

In his most recent blog post for “Battle Lines”, his weekly guest blog for the Washington Business Journal, FedBiz Daily Section, MWL partner Bill Welch discusses a case where an agency’s decisions were protested several times until they finally got it right.  In the end, the agency reviewed all the factors for award, reversed its prior decision based on the evidence presented, and was able to defend its documented record to GAO.
