Reston Law Group Partner Peter Fish will be a presenting speaker and panelist for the Strafford webinar titled “Federal Government Contracts: New SBA Certification Program for Veteran Owned Small Businesses” on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST. This webinar will provide an overview of the rule changes implementing the new SBA certification program for veteran owned small businesses (VOSBs and SDVOSBs) that became effective on January 1, 2023. The panel will also address the impact of the new certification regime on VOSBs and SDVOSBs following the one-year transition period that will end on December 31, 2023.
