The biggest industry movers include accounting, engineering, surveying and mapping, consulting, and marketing/advertising. There have been a lot of mixed reviews on the changes, with the most concerns being raised by companies that were below the existing size standards who will now have to compete with a significant number of new players, with questions being raised as to what should be considered a “small” business.
