MWL Partners Peter Fish and Kevin Learned will be the featured speakers at the next event organized by the GovCon Committee of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce being held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the offices of Unanet in Dulles, Virginia. In their presentation, titled “Unique Issues in GovCon M&A Transactions, ” Mr. Fish and Mr. Learned will be discussing, among other topics, how the M&A process in the government contracting industry is different than the commercial M&A process, and the key issues that small business government contractors need to be aware when considering a potential M&A transaction as either a buyer or a seller.
