MWL Counsel Orest J. “OJ” Jowyk, will be a presenter for “The Do’s and Don’ts of Government Subcontracting” webinar being held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, as part of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce’s Loudoun Govcon 2020 series. The upcoming webinar is designed to educate small business government contractors on how to become a small business subcontractor to a large prime U.S. federal government contractor.

Subcontracting to large prime contractors is the way that most if not nearly all small businesses get their start in U.S. federal contracting. Mr. Jowyk’s portion of the presentation will focus on the importance of understanding subcontracting terms and conditions, the negotiation of workshare, and government flow down clauses.
