David, Brody & Dondershine, LLP names Ralph P. Albrecht Partner
Ralph P. Albrecht has been named partner at the law firm of David, Brody & Dondershine, LLP (DBD-Law), effective January 1, 2021. Mr. Albrecht first joined DBD-Law as an Of Counsel attorney October 1, 2020. Ralph represents a number of clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters. Ralph joined DBD-Law from ATFirm PLLC, a full service intellectual property firm he co-founded as Albrecht, Tousi & Farnum PLLC, in February of 2010. Ralph is a US Registered Patent Attorney, and his practice includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property licensing, business contracts and transactions. Ralph drafts and prosecutes patent and trademark applications, website terms of use, privacy policies and other web documents, as well as commercial agreements and contracts with a particular focus on software and license contracts and related business transactions. Ralph is licensed to practice in both Virginia and the District of Columbia. Ralph was previously the President of the Bar Association of DC (badc.org), DC’s voluntary bar, the nation’s third oldest general bar, and presently serves as a trustee to the BADC Foundation.
