We advise clients on maintaining version control of original works of authorship fixed in tangible expression media, seeking copyright registrations, seeking registrations at significant versions to ensure access to statutory damages for infringers, and work in close coordination with litigators on copyright enforcement. Our attorney experience is supplemented by working closely with an extensive network of domestic and international copyright lawyers on a wide range of disputes and international related transactions. Members of our group also work closely with US law enforcement agencies on combating domestic and international piracy of our clients’ copyrights.
