for the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) affiliated with George Mason University. The Virginia PTAC is part of a nationwide program authorized by Congress, which provides free or nominally priced classes to businesses that want to learn about and participate in the government procurement process. The seminars are free three-hour classes.
