The FAR is the U.S. federal Government’s official rule book for how the Government purchases services, supplies, and just about everything else. The FAR sets uniform policies and procedures for the federal acquisition and procurement process.

Mr. Jowyk’s webinar on the FAR’s Part 43 will delve into the differences between unilateral and bilateral contract modifications, the rules surrounding change orders, and required notifications and forms.
