Mr. Fish has over thirty years of professional experience balanced between law firm practice and serving as in-house counsel for government contractor organizations. His practice is now focused primarily in the areas of corporate, general business, and government contracts.
Mr. Fish began his legal career as a corporate and securities associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, D.C. After five years, he joined Computer Data Systems Inc. (CDSI) where he was responsible for SEC compliance and reporting, corporate governance, and technology licensing matters. Following CDSI’s acquisition by Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Mr. Fish returned to private practice where he developed additional expertise in SEC compliance matters, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, technology contracts and a variety of regulatory compliance matters. In February 2004, Mr. Fish became the General Counsel of PEC Solutions, Inc. During his ten years with PEC (and its successor companies Nortel Government Solutions Inc. and Avaya Government Solutions Inc.), Mr. Fish gained substantial experience providing legal support for the company’s government contracting operations and providing legal counsel and guidance over a broad spectrum of legal issues.
Mr. Fish joined Reston Law Group, LLP, when as a Partner, his firm McMahon, Welch & Learned, PLLC, (MWL) merged with the firm previously known as David, Brody & Dondershine, LLP.
