Successful Teaming Agreements and Subcontracts

for the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) affiliated with George Mason University. The Virginia PTAC is part of a nationwide program funded in part through a cooperative agreement with DOD, which provides free or nominally priced classes to businesses that want to learn about and participate in the government procurement process. The seminars are free classes.
